Can I receive my purchase the following day if i made a purchase today?
For next day delivery, orders will have to be placed before 11am & select the express delivery option.

Alternatively, you can opt for Self collection and pop by our warehouse!

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, We do!

Just make sure you opt for 'weekend delivery' at checkout. If your parcel isn't delivered by Friday evening, our delivery partners may attempt delivery on Saturday.

We deliver on Saturdays between 9am - 10pm.

Are there any locations in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
Yes! We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, Jurong Port & most of the islands in Singapore.
As our deliveries require a signatory to receive the parcel & receipt. We want to ensure that your parcels land on the right hands!

What 
happens if I missed my delivery?
Standard and Express deliveries: 

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to our Head quarters. We'll reach out to you to discuss your options for redelivery again! Not to worry!

Take note: additional redelivery fees will apply.

Redelivery Fees:

- Standard Courier: S$2
- Express Courier: S$3.50

*All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.

Can I opt for my parcel to be left outside my residence, no one will be home to receive it ): 

Sure we could! But we wouldn't want to risk a missing parcel ): 
We want your parcel to be received with love into the right hands! Therefor, a signature is required from the receiver.  

In any case, you may request for the delivery to be arranged without a signatory. But do note, From, Dear me. will not be able to reimburse or replace the missing parcel.

Can I change my delivery information? 

You will not be able to amend your delivery info once your order has been placed. But not to worry! Drop us a message or email so that we can do our best to assist you! 

Do contact us ASAP if you wish to amend your info! We will be unable to retrieve your parcel once it has been shipped out. You will need to act fast in order for us to relay the changes to our delivery partner. 

Do note that shipping delays might occur due to the amendments of delivery info but we will do our best to minimise this! 

Can I collect my purchase at your Headquarters?

Of course! We will contact you prior to your confirmed order. From there, we will provide you the address to our Headquarters or collection point (:
