Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Return Policy ?

We accept returns of the following categories: clothing, bags and shoes.
We do not 
accept returns of the following categories: intimates and swimwear. 

Orders made with promo codes will be considered for returns & exchanges unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions. Returns & exchanges also has to meet the criteria for our policy in order to be considered.

All returns must reach us within 30 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g FDMG000012345)

Return methods
- You can mail the items back to our HQ or drop by our HQ.

Return exclusions
Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gift cards are considered as non-returnable items. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Condition of return item(s)
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.

How do I return my order?
Please ensure that your return order is eligible for return along with the criteria that has to be met before you proceed with making a return.

We strongly encourage that you send your returns to us viable a traceable mode as we will not be accountable for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. For more information about our Returns Policy, click here.

  1. Pack the item(s) together with our completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can find our return forms here.
  2. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our Headquarters. 
  3. Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

What happens after I return?

You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item, into your From, Dear Me. account.

  • Store Credit are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Store Credit can be used as and when you wish.
  • Store Credit in a Singapore-registered From, Dear Me. account can only be used on www.fromdearme.com
  • Store Credit in a From, Dear Me. account do not expire. 

Once you've made your return to us, you can expect a confirmation of your return within 14 business days from when we receive your return.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we have verified that your item is not eligible for return. Your parcel will then be sent back to you at a redelivery fee of $2 charged to you.
