• Local Delivery will reach you in 3-7days after processed.
• Express Delivery will reach you within 3days after processed.
• Any orders placed on Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• For orders placed within the week of a public holiday, orders will be processed within 1-7 business days.

A residential address is required for all orders to avoid unsuccessful deliveries. Our operations team will deliver to the address indicated during checkout. Do ensure address provided is valid to ensure smooth and prompt delivery. 

Express Deliveries 

*For next day delivery, orders will have to be placed before 3pm.

Uncollected parcels will be returned to From, Dear Me's head office and redelivery is chargeable.
